For those familiar with the restaurant, Urban Daybreak specialises in Australian all-day breakfast. Urban After Dark incorporates Australia’s diversified culture by combining Asian and Western flavours into the new menu. “This is one of the menus since Urban Daybreak's launching that makes me fall in love with food all over again,” says Douglas Goh, the Head Chef of Urban Daybreak. “We see this as an outbreak of our norms, challenging the untouched since we opened Urban Daybreak in Penang.
